General Questions
As part of the national organization Girls Who Code, all of the curriculum
that we use comes from lessons designed by the organization. Girls can choose
a variety of projects of different skill levels, so that they can pursue something
that interests them.
Clubs are run on a semesterly basis. For the Spring 2019 semester, our clubs will start
near the end of January or early February and run until the end of April. While meeting durations will vary slightly
based on location, typically meetings are 1 to 1 1/2 hours long.
For K-12 Students in the St. Louis Area
We're looking for middle- and high-school girls who live in the
Greater St. Louis area to participate in our program. For more information

Nope! All curriculum is provided for free from the national organization
Girls Who Code, and any materials and programs will be provided by our
group for no cost during meetings.
Currently, only students at the respective schools are eligible to join our program. If you're
interested in starting a club at your school, let us know at communications.gwcwashu@gmail.com!
No worries! If the current time doesn't work for you this semester, email us to let us know that
you're interested and check back in a few months. We're looking into hosting more groups next
semester to give students more options to join.
